Once you commit to hosting and your site is made permanent by registering a domain your control panel will contain a link to access the Webalizer traffic statistics.

The only way this is possible is if they contact you first. They may submit a contact form from your site or sign your visitor log but if they do not there is no way to gain their contact information.
